Vacation Bible School... is now over --"Space Camp 2000: Exploring God's Creation" was a blast (off), and our mission took us around the Solar System, over mountains and through the oceans, past the Holy Lands and the Garden of Eden into outdoor worship Sunday morning and our all-church picnic after. Our global missionary friend, Helen Grant, gave us a bird's-eye and up-close view of the Holy Lands today in Sunday school and in worship. Check out the pictures by clicking on the main page link below! Our church building was constructed in 1878, with major renovations in 1915, 1992, and 1999. Worship begins here each Sunday with the communion table open to all who would receive, but our service goes out "to the ends of the earth," fulfilling the Great Commission of Christ Jesus. | |||||||||||||||||||

An invitation to faith & commitment is part of our worship every Sunday, but all who confess Christ are welcome to the Lord's Supper regardless of membership. Our tradition as Disciples is to celebrate communion every Sunday, reminding us that Christ is central to all that we say and do. If your heart needs a home, and your life needs a central focus, come join us in Word & Worship at the Lord's table this week! Services with communion are Sunday mornings at 8:30 & 10:30, and a prayer & study group meets most Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. Deacon Chad Smathers serves communion during our outdoor worship closing VBS weekend. | |||||||||||||||||||
